I really love these little packets and I love how fresh and clean my laundry smells using them.

New Chapter Suppliments Lets review 4 really great Products

I love New Chapter supplements and found out about them all last year. I have tried a few new products and would love to tell you about them. The first awesome New Chapter Supplement I want to talk about is the New Chapter Zyflamend. I really got great results in just the short time I was taking it.I have some really bad pain in my feet ,probably because I'm old and am starting to get joint problems. Next awesome supplement on my list is the New Chapter Perfect Calm. I love perfect calm it provided you with the right stuff to maintain a happy and joyous disposition. This is especially good for me because being 51 and in menopause I can get very stressed sometimes and their by very cranky .

Perfect calm really helps me have a calm and even tempered disposition all day. It is a really good supplement to help balance mood and keep you smiling even it times of stress and blah days.

Kushyfoot flats to go review

I was give a pack of the Kushyfoot flats to go and a pair of Kushyfoot socks to try and review last week so I thought I would give you my take on them.

What I found was these are light weight and easy to store in your handbag for work. These are not like a house slipper but rather a thinner foot covering with a sole so you can have happy feet while working in the office.

These will protect the feet and keep socks and nylons clean. They have a nice sole so they are slip resistant but are fold-able so you can store them in a purse with no problem.

What I liked about these was that they are very portable and easier to carry around than the ,lets say flat slippers you can get. These have way less padding to make them easier to just fold up and stick in a purse. Walking around the house is much like going barefoot because they are light weight and you hardly know you have them on.

These come in some really nice new patterns I got the zebra pattern but they also come in so many different colors that are sure to compliment any outfit you have. These are Great to do Yoga in and for running around the house. My feet did not get hot in these like they can with a regular slipper and they look much classier. Balance Nimble Bars review Very Tasty

I got a chance to try these awesome nutrition bars recently and I think that these are the very best tasting Balance bars to date. I love a good nutrition bar and I do post a lot about them.I have a few favorites, but after trying these I have to say that these are really good. I love the peanut butter bar and the yogurt orange swirl bar.

whats great about these is that they are not only packed with 10g of protein but that also have good stuff inside for your skin like Lutein 10mg-beta carotene and antioxidants. They are also only 120 calories each! That's awesome !

I am so happy I got a chance to try these and I love that they are sweetened with Truvia, so Im sure I'm not getting a bunch of empty calories.

These little bars really will give you a boost of energy and and fill you up well so you can actually stop being hungry in the afternoon. I found it good to eat these in the morning or afternoon ,not to close to bedtime. I did that once and was up a while way into the night with loads of energy keeping me from sleeping so though I like a bedtime snack ,these are best eaten during the day.

So if you have not had a chance to try these yet and you are looking for a change of pace from the ordinary bar, I would say give these little power houses a try. I really liked Song at Dawn by Jean Gill. I really love the time period and try and read anything that comes out like this . Song at Dawn really gave me a feel of what it was like to be at court around the time of the crusades.

It tells us just how much intrigue was present even among performers and servants. I liked all the characters and thought the romance was very realistic and believable.
The story was very interesting and was well written and researched . I would recomend this book to anyone who is interested in reading historical fiction and Im so happy I won and could add this one to my library so I can read it again in the future. If you like historical fiction for the time period around the crusades or if you just like some juicy palace intrigue this is a great book to have in your library as well.
