SANO Phytoceramides has in it 350mg of Phytoceramides in it which is the amount that leading dermatologists recommend to take.
These also have 100% of vitamins A,C,D and E. These are a Daily Anti-Aging skincare supplement that works on the inside to make all the stuff you do for the outside work better.
As I have said before I would not be without Phytoceramides because they do work to help the skin look its best over time. These are in a really easy to swallow capsule and you get 30 in a jar so thats one months worth. I found that these were a better price for a 350mg Phytoceramide product, yet they have everything the others have in them.
