Wild Planet Albacore Tuna The very best Tuna I ever had

Wild Planet Albacore Tuna The very best Tuna I ever tried, Seriously its the Filet Mignon of tuna

First it has so much less liquid in the can and it packed tightly so its not flaky but is still yet easy to mix. My Dad would say Tuna is Tuna but he even liked it better.

Wild Planet Tuna is just sooo good and makes my special Tuna salad very tasty.

I make Tuna a bit different than most, my recipe is not only good and different but also healthy Here is my classic Tuna salad recipe and photos of prep, mixed and finished

One can of Wild Planet Albacore tuna drained

1/4 to 1/2 Fuji apple grated ( its really got to be a Fuji )

one 1/4 cup Vidalia onion chopped

One small tomato shopped finely

A few sliced seedless grapes I usually slice about 12 sliced thinly.

One tablespoon sweet relish

One sprinkle of dill weed

Hellmann's mayo about as much as you like but dont skimp on the mayo.

here is the photo of the prep plate not including relish

you can also use this mix with crackers for a snack but I like to top them off with chopped green olives for a little flavor, here is what they look like

Sometimes I will add dried cranberries if I cant get seedless grapes just a few each for flavor and color it really makes for a lovely looking tuna salad for crackers or toast points and if you are doing sandwiches be sure to use a RYE BREAD. toasted because the flavors mix and its so much less bland than reg bread.

Anyway here is what this looks like mixed and than finished

Wild Planet Albacore Tuna is awesome and they do also make other seafood's such as sardines, salmon, and different kinds of tuna .

Wild Planet seafood is good for you and the planet its been ranked #1 for sustainability by Greenpeace .

Here is a bit more infor on this awesome product.
