First I love this time period and any one who like the TV show Downton Abby will love this book because it takes place at the same time Downton does.
This is the story about Debutante Katherine Ramsey who is looking forward to her season. She is looking for a rich husband because she cant inherit her fathers title or lands and they were passed on to a male cousin and she must make her own way.
Her family love her and is excited to help her with the season but she starts realizing that its a lot of work and her aunt is not making it easy on her.
When scandal hits the family Katherine finds out just how nasty the people she was fond of can really get and how the one man she thought she could marry will not see her because of it.
This is a fantastic story of finding love in places not expected and discovering a new faith and purpose in life with a a man who will stand buy her and does not care about scandal or title.
I love this book it was very nice romance and fun to read thanks for looking at my review
