Welcome to my review for the Xtava Auto Curling Iron . I have reviewed a few Xtava products before and this one is really cool. This is an auto rotating curling iron so you can be done in a flash.
First it heats up quickly and has a digital heat setting read out. This is great because you can clearly see how hot the iron is for the curl you want.
For thin delicate hair a heat setting of 210-300 is good
for normal hair you will want it set on 300-370
For hair that is thicker you will want it set on 380-430, 430 being its highest setting.
Its easy to make curls with this iron but it will take practice if you have never used a auto curler before so I urge you to practice with it for a while so you can get the feel of its action and the left and right curl buttons.
This one has a really nice long cord its way longer than any of my other curlers, so thats really handy.
Like I said this one heats up quickly, and is easy to work with.
Now all that being said I did want to say that you should be careful to no allow a child to use it or even a teen who is not had practice with it. If you buy one for your teen girl I hope you supervise her practice with it because you do need to get familiar with its rotating action.
I did a video review so you could see this action and the things about it you should know . Its a fantastic auto curler and works very well and is so much less expensive that others. All Auto curlers require a bit of practice if you are not use to using them and this one is no different.
