I was wanting to get a product that would really do a good job at protecting my hair from all the heat damage I inflict upon it daily . I looked around and found this Ocsar Blandi heat protecting spray through Fab. It was on a deal and I had some Fab credits so I thought I would give it a try.
The one thing I really wanted was a spray that smelled nice did not weigh my hair down and provided a nice shine when using my flat iron. I found all of these things in this Oscar Blandi product!
I really love this and now just cant be without it, it will make your styling go quickly and be done the first time.
I liked it so much I did a video review for it which I am embedding here. Since I way better at expressing myself through video I'm sure you will get the idea about how much I really love this product and will be recommending it to all my friends for Superior heat styling pronto.

I was able to try Zevia all natural soda's recently and I wanted to do a blog post and video review about them because they are really just sooo good.
Zevia natural Soda's, are just that all natural and they use the sweeter Stevia. Stevia is a natural sweetener that's been used as a sugar substitute for a while now and has been found to be much better for you and your children than artificial sweeteners such as aspartame.
My friends and family and I have tried some of the many different flavors that Zevia comes in and found them to be very satisfying and tasty. I love the natural flavor of the grape and black cherry and really love that it has a very low sodium content.
One of the things we all try and avoid for our children and family is to much sugar, but sodium is also a very harmful substance when getting to much of it and soda's are notoriously high is sodium.

I was able to try a number of flavors with my family and friends that were provided by Moms meet ambassadors program and Zevia but my opinions are my own I really love this awesome soda.
I have joined the Adult Immunization movement so help spread the word about just how important it is for adults to get Immunized as well as children. As an adult especilly if you are 50 and over, because as we get older our ability to fight disease like pertussis is decreased.

If you have are immune system compromised like my husband is, because of a thyroid condition, I can't stress enough the importance of getting the proper vaccines to help you maintain your health.
Also if you have a lung problem such as COPD or other illnesses you need these vaccines to keep from getting things like pertussis which can really be a problem as we get older.
