NuBrilliance Real Microdermabrasion at home UPDATE

Hi Some of my readers are asking me to do an update on how things are going with the NuBrilliance I have been using. I really have to say this is the best tool I have ever used for Microdermabrasion. I love everything about it and its really working out well for me.

Lately I have been using it and than putting on a really rich hydrating masque. I found this to be an awesome combo and my skin is soft and smooth.

What I am really loving, is how much of my pigmentation problems have faded and my pores are smaller. One of the very best things is my lip line is noticeably more defined . I use the smallest tool head to go around my lip line making it plumper. It Is also getting rid of those feather lines can can mess up lipstick in women my age. All In all it makes all my other skincare products absorb so much better.

So what is Nubrilliance
you may be asking. NuBrilliance is a very innovative skincare tool that uses diamond tipped exfoliating discs to provide you with Superior Microdermabrasion . Its vacuum action whisks away the dead skin, that the diamond tips will loosen as you use the product. Dead skin particles are removed and vacuumed away.

The first thing I noticed about the NuBrilliance was its ease of use and its quite performance. Being a vacuum product I thought it would be really loud but its not, its very discrete so you can use it with out worry. Each different diamond tip snaps into the vacuum wand and is ready to use right away.

I really loved that you start the process with a clean dry face, there are no messy crystals or water going everywhere while using the NuBrilliance. You start and finish with a dry clean face.

As you know I'm really big on exfoliating the skin and have use different product to help me do this but the NuBrilliance is the cleanest and easiest one to use.

Because of its Vacuum action you will be doing more than just exfoliating the skin, you will be encouraging it to produce Collagen which will add a support structure to aging skin.

In the NuBrilliance kit you get a bunch of filters so the skin that's vacuumed off your face will be caught in the disposable filter. You get 3 diamond tips. One larger oval for the broader parts of the face, one precision round tip for hard to get into places and one courser tip for the body. Yes this product can be used to exfoliate the body as well as the face!

The NuBrilliance unit has different vacuum settings so you will start out on setting one and move up as your face and body gets use to the process. The unit is electric and plugs into the outlet in the bathroom or where every you want to perform your treatment.

Many of you have seen these kinds of facial exfoliating devices at spas and the cost of just one treatment is very high. Imagine being able to do your own professional microdermabrasion at home, in comfort, whenever you want to, no appointment necessary.

Anyone can use the NuBrilliance, its so easy and so clean. It also comes with a how to DVD and a booklet so you will have no problems getting started as I did.

I have seen such an improvement in my skin from using the NuBrilliance. you can tell its working because after your first treatment your skin my be a little pink but that fades after about 20min or less depending on how much exfoliating you have done in the past. I am on setting 2, I find that to be comfortable for me yet also providing me with that pink glow so I know its working. Once you finish you just apply your normal skin care cream and its all done. I use the NuBrilliance 2 times a week.

watching the DVD you will learn how to use the NuBrilliance effectively and also when you should not use it for those days you have used a hair remover or had a peal or some other condition like a bad sunburn those would be the days you would want your skin to rest and forgo microdermabrasion.

As I said, I did a how to video for NuBrilliance. I show you how to use it effectively and its many features. The videos sound may need to be turned up a bit as my camera is particular and sometime the volume is lower. Also toward the end of the video even my Camera was sick of hearing me talk and it tried to fall over so I had to fix it its kinda funny seeing the look on my face when it did that LOL . Update on The Flex Belt I have been using

Hi I have been getting comments to update everyone on how everything is going with my Flex Belt usage. I have been using it about 5 times a week for about 20 days now I am up to a level 5 and a setting of 90. I am feeling that my abdominal muscles are tightening up nicely and my stomach does not protrude as much as it did before.

I am also doing my other normal exercises with this too and really trying to keep to a diet. So far I am really seeing the results that I expected from using the Flex Belt for this amount of time. I am going to keep using it regularly like always but I'm going to have to go a buy some of the gel pads soon. I understand from the instructions that you will need to buy new pads about once a month, depending on how much you use it.

I have since found these on amazon for an OK deal if you can buy enough stuff to get the super saver shipping. I found one set for 8.99 but i have seen sets as high as 15.99. Needless to say I sure wish they lasted longer.

I was so very happy to be able to try the The Flex Belt
recently,I cant tell you how much I love this product. As most of you know I'm going through menopause and am always looking for things to help overcome some of the really nasty changes I have going on. One of these is weight gain regardless of diet.

I have been seeing over the last year the area around my belly getting bigger and bigger. I am getting that rounded torso area look so common to women over 50. I am going to be 52 in about 10 days. I really wanted to do something about this problem, but I cant do to many crunches any more because I have a touch of sciatica that makes these movements uncomfortable. Because of this I just do not have the discipline to do crunches. I do exercises for arms and legs, but sit ups and crunches are difficult.

I learned about The Flex Belt
through online reviews and really wanted to see if it could help me.

Here is what I found out. At first I thought it would be painful to use, Wow was I ever wrong I actually really like the feel of it working, For me its like getting a belly massage. I love the way its rechargeable so you are not always buying batteries and that its so easy to use and get accustomed to.The Flex Belt
fits around your waste and has a lot of different program you can use with different setting intensitys.

I read all the instructions and found I can have it on a higher setting and still be very comfortable.

The Flex Belt
uses electric muscle stimulation with perfect abdominal contraction up to 150 per session. I am up to 70. I love the way The Flex Belt
was so easy to use. You just follow the instructions for applying the gel pads, put it on and that turn it on. You than want to set the program you want to use, and gradually increase the intensity of the stimulation that cause the mussels to contract, over the course of the program time. For me this feels nice, I do not experience any pain or discomfort with it. I look forward to using it. I am up to program 3 at 70 strength. After the session I store it away and I have never experienced any discomfort after the sessions either.

I can tell The Flex Belt
is really doing its job and I am on my way to a flatter abdominal area. I know a lot of you have been thinking about this product and have probably see the TV ads. If you are worried about pain while using it I can tell you from my experience its not that way at all. Although everyone had different ideas of what is uncomfortable I think with the many setting the product has you will be able to find an intensity that comfortable for you. I actually think it feels much like one of those expensive back massagers that sort of Hum. You can really feel the muscles contract but its not an uncomfortable feeling.

To put it bluntly I'm sort of a pain wimp and before using The Flex Belt
I thought OK here is goes get ready, I was so surprised to find the default intensity settings was so mild that I just felt a slight tickle. In No Time I was adjusting the unit to 70 and on program 3.

some features I love are - The unit will shut its self off when the session is finished, depending on the program you choose it runs from 20 to 40 mins. its easy to increase the intensity as you progress through the session buy using the buttons on the controller and you can also decrease it if you have went up to far, its so very easy.

Brahmin Medium Arno Tote Review and Spring 2012 collection

Yesterday was a really Happy Happy day for me. I had been waiting for my surprise gift to arrive from the Vogue Influencer network for about 3 weeks. I had no idea what I would be getting and was really looking forward to being surprised. Well yesterday at 9pm in the evening UPS brought my Gift.

I was so surprised to see that I had been gifted one of the new Brahmin Medium Arno totes in black glossy for my very own! Talk about a really wonderful and thoughtful gift. I really love everything about it. The color is just right for me since it will go with a lot of my darker outfits.

Some of the bags features I love, are its full zipper closure so everything inside the bag is very secure. It has a generous outside pocket for ready access to items needed in a hurry. This outside pocket is big enough to fit just about any size PDA or larger cell phone and its deep enough to keep this secure.

Inside there are many pockets and not one but 2 zipper pockets one large and one small. there is an attached key chain and 2 slider pockets for things like sunglasses or Ipod or anything you might need handy.I am storing my eyeglass case in one for my sunglasses and in the other some lipsticks,glosses and a mirror.

As you can see from the photo its very roomy inside for all my other things yet its lighter weight than most Brahmin totes and more compact.

I am so in love with it and so thankful I was selected to get one its really made my month and since my birthday was on the 15th it made for an awesome birthday gift.
