This one has in it 800mg green coffee bean that provides 50% chlorogenic acid which is what you want in a green coffee bean supplement. Its easy to take and I think its very helpful to me and I would not be without Green coffee bean.
I am 54 and its really getting harder for me to effectively control my appetite, Green coffee bean helps with that and its not hard to do.
