Omax3 Omega 3 supplement review and giveaway

I was so fortunate to be able to try Omax3 Omega 3 supplement recently in a 30 day sample from the company. I really think this is a far superior Omega 3 than I was taking because of Omax's superior purity.

All you have to do to see the difference between Omax and other fish oil soft gels is to look at them, you can see how beautifully clear they are compared to others. I also really appreciate the size of them. Sometimes depending on what I have on hand I cant swallow the larger fish oil gel caps. I end up with a panic attack and bite the pills so I don't have to swallow them. Yikes is that nasty!

With Omax 3 pills I do not have this problem they are much smaller and easy to swallow.

Omax 3 has the highest purity possible and is pharmaceutical grade omega 3s. Taking two Omax 3 soft gels is in fact the equivalent to the received benefits of eating. eight and a half egg yokes or 90 walnuts. That's a lot of food.

I take Omega 3 supplements because I know that at 52 its good for my heart, but more than that I also find that I have less problems with the inflammation in my joints less pain when I'm walking. I have some problem with foot pain I think the weight I have gained through menopause has caused my feet and ankles to rebel so I take Omega 3s to make this less of a problem.

I find that when I stop taking Omega 3s I feel very achy all over until I start up again so its really essential I have an Omega supplement on hand. The purity of Omax 3 makes this a no brainier because who wants an omega 3 that 30% or more filler.

All Omega 3s are not equal as you can see from this photo of the freezer test. This test puts both Omax 3 and another fish oil into a freezer. the other fish oil gets very cloudy indicating fat, The Omax 3 stays clear.

I did a video review for you so you can see the difference in purity of the Omax 3 compared to the fish oil I had been taking and the difference is very clear even in the video.

This Scarlet Cord by Joan Wolf book review

I was so Happy I was selected to read This Scarlet Cord by Joan Wolf through NetGalley. I had been wanting to read this book when I first heard it was available. First I have to say I am a big Fan of Joan Wolf. she has the ability to really make us feel we are in the story and in this case the story of Rahab of the bible. Rahab was the brave young Canaanite woman who risked everything to help the Israelites by hanging a piece of scarlet cord from a window.

I loved this book it really brought to life a passage in the bible I always thought so interesting. I think anyone who loves historical christian fiction would love this story because it shows that through the grace of the Lord even a Canaanite woman can can find love and comfort and see her dreams come true.

If you are looking for a really outstanding represntation of a classical bible story I hope you get a chance to read This Scarlet Cord by Joan Wolf. I am so happy to have this in my library and add it to my shelf of Biblical women stories. You can find it on amazon here.

Faith and other Flat Tires by Andrea Palpant Dilley's

I was recently able to read the book Faith and other Flat Tires by Andrea Palpant Dilley's and received a free copy for my review.

Faith and other Flat Tires, is very personal Memoir regarding the crisis of faith Andrea experienced when she was younger. This is a really moving Memoir of how sometimes growing up surrounded by believers can be challenging.

I also experienced something very similar when I was younger, my family was Catholic and I became very disillusioned with the church and the people professing to love God all around me but showing very little of that in how they behaved with each other. Unlike Andrea who's parents were very devout christian missionaries, My family just screamed at each other daily. This caused me to run from all things about God and Christ but Like Andrea I also found my way back to his loving arms in adulthood.

Personally I think this book would be a helpful read not only for people who are having a crisis of faith but for those who have had loved one run from there faith and why that may be the case. This book will give you an incite into those of us who's faith went flat for one reason or another and how the Lord never leaves us alone in this but pursues us until we are back where we belong loving him and trusting him.

If you know anyone who has had a loved one stop believing in God maybe because of hardship or because of judgmental christian relatives, you may want to get them a copy of this book so they know they are totally not alone in this, and that its never to late to come back to a forgiving and Loving God.

Declaring my Personal Taste a tasters choice activity

I am a member of the Tasters Choice tasters community and they asked me to post about declaring my personal taste not only when it comes to coffee but also about other things I do and like

My favorite Tasters Choice is the original house blend, I like it with a ton of cream and sugar. sometimes Ill add some coffee syrup to it for a really nice treat.I love that its very convenient and easy to make so if I just want that one cup of coffee I am not wasting a whole pot of reg drip coffee.

some of the other stuff I like to do is of course , blogging and taking photos. I also love to make video reviews because I think they are more easy for people how have trouble reading a review on the computer screen as I have sometimes.

I love to read and do book reviews. I am a homemaker so I do the housekeeping and take of my husband who have been sick for 6 years.
