Welcome to my review for the Bella Sun Luci sun dried tomato products I got to try through Tomoson. These have got to be the most tasty and easy to use packaged sun dried tomato s I have ever used. They are filled with flavor and goodness and all you have to do is add them to what ever you are making for dinner. They add flavor and spice to a lot of different foods.
As you can see from the photo these come in jars and have different flavors. I just used the one for making Bruschetta. I took a before and after cooking photo below and its really easy to make it. I like using real shredded cheese with my Bruschetta even though you can use a spreadable cheese I like the flavor of the 4 cheese Italian cheeses.
All you do to make a fantastic, good for you snack, is get a loaf of Italian bread, slice it down the middle and butter it. Than sprinkle it with the shredded cheese and top with the Bella Sun Luci sun dried tomato Bruschetta mix and bake at 400 for about 10 mins until the cheese melts. This goes well with any Italian dinner or for just snacking, here are the photos I took of the before and finished Bruschetta.
