I was so happy to be picked to read the book The Diet Dropout’s Guide to Natural Weight Loss: Find Your Easiest Path to Naturally Thin as I am trying to loose weight and need all the help I can get. This book is filled with practical weight loss tip and recipes that will really help you understand the science of weight loss.

Inside the book Stan Spencer PhD will guide you step by step in solving the problems we all face when we want to loose some weight. He effectively dispels myths about weight loss and can hep you find your balance.

I especially loved all the recipes included in the awesome book. its very easy to read and understand and I think it could really help you in reaching your weigh loss goals. This is the easy way to find your way to being naturally thin with out all the hype.

If you are looking for a book to help you looses weigh or manage your current weight I think this would be a great choice to read. Its very informative and has so much great info in it you will want to read it again and follow the ideas and helpful path that Stan Spencer has presented.

Im so glad I got to read it because it really helped realize that some of the things I had always been taught were not true at all, and I can now see where I was going wrong in my thinking about loosing weight.
