Do The Swap with Yoplait review and giveaway

I was able to be part of the new Do the Swap campaign through myblogspark and Yoplait Yogurt. I received a truly wonderful package full of great things to help me make healthy choices and you can win one of these packages too !

Small Changes can make a big difference especially when it comes to diet and exercise. I have found that I'm just as happy swapping my heavy morning cappuccino with a filling cup of Yoplait Light yogurt in one of my favorite flavours.

I love the Black Forrest Cake-Red Velvet Cake -Pineapple upside down cake -and the apple turnover . What I do is I make a regular cup of coffee and have a low fat creamer in it and than have one of my favorite Yoplaits with it. This is a small step but it saves you a bunch of fat and calories.

I also like to have these as a snack before bed .I love to snack late at night and its hard for me to resist my sweet tooth . swapping my usual cookies or pastries with a Yoplait light is an awesome way for me to fool my sweet tooth into being satisfied. Yoplait Light yogurt offers 33 different options to choose from in fruit, pastry and dessert flavors that contain around 100 calories or less, providing endless swapping options.

Small steps work well with exercise too, instead of taking a walk around the block alone try taking a back pack filled with books, you will burn more calories than just regular walking. Swap just plain walking for dancing it will make you feel great and is more fun than than plain walking . You can do small swaps with tons of stuff like taking the stairs instead of the elevator or walking to work or school and not driving. Try being a kid again and jump some rope ,I do this and its a lot of fun and great for you, Jumping rope can burn a ton of calories and is a fun aerobic exercise that anyone can do. Expand your wardrobe without breaking the bank by swapping clothes and accessories with your girlfriends.Or add something cool to a plain blouse by doing your own embroidery or bead work , you will not only have a neat new item but a one of a kind.

  1. I would swap out the hardly ever eating lunch for Pineapple upside down cake because it will probably help me cut out the midnight snacking cutting back on God only knows how many calories and fat.

  2. I've tried several of their flavors, and I love them. They really are so rich and creamy. Doesn't make you feel like you are really giving something up when you eat these.

  3. I have them as a midday snack---wouldn't swap anything because that what I have =)
