I was able to read The Pursuit Of Tamsen Littlejohn by Lori Benton through blogging for books. This is a really great book it has everything you could want in a Christian fiction book. I really loved the story about a woman in 1787 who finds herself in a lot of trouble and who is rescued by a man she dose not know but is willing to help her.
After her mothers murder Tamsen must run away from her stepfather who wants her to marry a man who she dose not know and who she thinks is a terrible person . He stepfather who was always very mean to everyone around her finely managed to kill her mother in front of Tamsen. She ends up running away with her new found friend with her father in hot pursuit.
This is the story of her desperate attempt to get away from him and the man she was supposed to marry. I loved this adventure because it is a real adventure with a whole lot of twists and turns. This book was really hard to put down it has lots of romance and lots of danger and a family secret that will really surprise you at the end.
I loved the time period and that is was a story that was really epic. I love book that take me to different times and places and this book did all that. If you want to read a awesome Christian fiction with lots of meat on the bones this is the one for you. Thanks for reading my review
